Gift Certificate policy

Gift Certificate must be presented at the time of service.

Please have the gift certificate number ready when scheduling your appointment. 48 hours notice is required for cancellations without loss of value. Cancellations within the 48 hour window will incur a loss of value equal to 20% of Service cost if spot is unable to be rescheduled.

Please allow at least two weeks advance notice when booking Spa package.

Gift certificates are non refundable and not redeemable for cash or other substitutions.

Gift certificates are not replaceable if lost, destroyed, photocopied or otherwise reproduced. gift certificates are void if altered in any way.

Expired gift certificates cannot be accepted (7 year Exp)

Gift certificates may NOT be used toward gratuity or toward the purchase of another gift certificate.

Prices in brochure are subject to change without notice. Customer is responsible for additional costs beyond the purchase value.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Late cancellations will be subject to 50% of the service fee. No-shows will be subject to a fee of 100% of the service.

If you’re late to your appointment please give us a call, if you are more than 15 min late it will cut into your service time or will need to reschedule.

If you hold a voucher of any kind it will be redeemed if cancelling late, No Showed or you arrive more than 15 min late to the appointment. No exceptions.

All Booking will not be charged until the service is completed.

Tattoo Disclosure statement

As with any invasive procedure, tattooing may involve possible health risks. These risks may include:
-
Pain, Bleeding, swelling, infection, scarring of the area and nerve damage.

Unsterile equipment and needles can spread infection diseases; it is extremely important to be sure that all equipment is clean and sanitary before use.

Tattoos and permanent makeup are not easily removed and in some cases may cause permanent discoloration; think carefully before getting tattoo. the is also the possibility of an allergic reaction.

The inks, or dyes, used for tattoo are color additives. Currently no color additives have been approved by FDA for tattoos, including those used those used in permanent makeup.

Blood donations cannot be made for a year after getting a tattoo or permanent makeup.

Health History and informed consent
The following conditions may increase health risks associated with receiving body art:

Diabetes;
-
Hemophilia (Bleeding);
-
Skin diseases, lesions, or skin sensitivities to soaps, disinfectants etc.;

History if allergies or adverse reactions to pigments; dyes; or other sensitivities.

History of epilepsy, seizures, fainting, or narcolepsy;
-
Use of medications such as anticoagulants, (Such as coumadin) which thin the blood and/or interfere with blood clotting; and
-
Hepatitis or HIV infection.
